But today was the 2nd time (1st time I chalked up to a bad day) but this was a terrible experience! The woman there was so rude on bith of my visits. She was a heavy set woman, with an angry face. I believe her name was Rita. She acted like I was bothering her, I asked a legitimate question about shipping and she acted like I was ignorant for asking her a a question. She seems like she hates her job and hates people.
