Website said they have a notary on site. But once I came over to get things notarized they said that the notary hours are different from store hours, and sometimes they just not show up at all.

Customer service is beyond rude and can't do there job most they'll "help" with is looking at something you can track your self and rely heavily on customer support better off making phone calls then going down there directly Pueblo needs a new main ups office.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store—or really, any customer-facing business. My heart goes out to the good people of Pueblo, because apparently, this is the only store in town (a fact the cashier proudly announced, as though holding the last lifeboat on the Titanic). It was a casual Friday. I was driving from Fairplay to Amarillo, a few Amazon returns in tow. Easy errand, done it a hundred times. Not today. I walk in with my box—a monitor privacy screen that didn’t work worth a damn. The first of two employees greets me with the warmth of a DMV in July. “You’ll need to tape it,” she says. Fine. Most UPS stores have tape handy, but she cheerfully adds, “We sell it if you need it.” I’m on a road trip. Space is tight. But fine, I’ve got tape in the car. I unload half the trunk, dig it out, return triumphant. Enter Employee #2. Maybe this one’s friendlier? No such luck. “I can’t mail that,” she says, frowning at my box. “It has a hazardous materials sticker.” I explain it’s the same box Amazon sent me. I even start to peel the sticker off. “Nope,” she says. “Even if you rip it off, I’ve seen the sticker.” Apparently, once witnessed, the sticker’s ghost lingers forever. So now I’ve got half my car’s contents in the parking lot, a taped-up box, and a lecture about forbidden shipping materials from someone who seems to think she’s guarding Fort Knox. These two women knew exactly what they were doing. They knew they were the only UPS store in town. I told them I wasn’t falling victim to their little cardboard kingdom, loaded up my car, and kept driving south. Fast-forward to Amarillo. Walked into a UPS store there. Same box. No drama. Shipped in two minutes flat. The Pueblo staff managed to turn a simple Amazon return into a full-blown Greek tragedy. They didn’t just waste my time—they nuked my mood for half a day. It’s wild that people this hostile to the concept of “help” are allowed to interact with the public.
