- ZZZen1 day ago1.0I brought in a autographed poster I got at a meet and greet with my favorite singer. I wanted it laminated. The guy told me "the machine has to heat up for 15-20 minutes before I can use it." I said ok,stepped aside and patiently waited. Less than 5 minutes later he hands it to me upside down (knowing but not acknowledging he screwed up)Obviously he did NOT wait for the machine to warm up and it's full of air bubbles. As far as I'm concerned this personalized item is irreplaceable. The entire point of getting it laminated was to preserve it and now it looks like crap.
