I had a birthday gift shipped to me at my Pine, CO addess by Walmart. Once the package arrived in Denver, CO, the USPS sent the package to Silver Plume, CO, instead of Pine, CO. The next day, Silver Plume, CO sent the package back to Denver, CO. The next day, Denver, CO rerouted the package to Pine, CO. The USPS website showed that the package had been delivered to the parcel box for my address. When I went to get the package, my mailbox was empty. However, there was a key in the parcel locker. From the evidence, it appears the USPS carrier delivered the package in the parcel box, then placed the key to the parcel box in some other person's mailbox. That person found the key, opened the parcel box, then took my birthday gift. When I called the Pine, CO USPS to complain. I spoke with the Postmaster. I told her what I deduced had happened. Her reply was "Do not speak to me like that"! When I asked if she was going to find my package, she hung up. Now the Pine, CO USPS will not take my call. The Pine, CO Post Office is the worst of the worst. They will never admit their mistakes, blame the consumer, and make no effort to fix the problem they created. In my opinion, the Postmaster should be fired for being incompetent. I would give the Pine, CO USPS Zero or Negative Stars ratings if I could. Unfortunately, this is not the first incident of lost or misdelivered mail. This has happened way too many times before. Unfortunately, Pine, CO USPS keeps getting worse, instead of better. I think Shelly and the gang at the pine crossings PO are GREAT !!! It is a VERY hard job dealing with the public all the time, and they rarely get the encouragement and outright thanks they deserve. PS….they like caramel latte and fresh pastries…

We had a problem getting our mail forwarded this year. We contacted our local post office for help. Kim went out of her way to help us get this situation resolved. It took 3 weeks and she kept in contact with us during the entire time. Can't say enough about the customer service!! Five stars, for sure!!!

They lose your packages and mail, mail gets destroyed, I've literally received mail in pieces in a plastic bag! They give you the wrong mail. The ladies in the office are rude and not helpful at all. I've tried to deal with it, but I'm starting to file complaints, you have to call the main USPS number, the online form had issues, also when you call there is always a wait, but they will let you request a call back with a time for the call back. I cannot belive these people still have jobs there!
