When I was new to Penrose, Bryan has called me personally to work through my missing parcel. It was a misunderstanding on my end. Geoff is friendly and fast! Monica is very efficient and focused - she helped me solve a problem with my weird address. Everyone is helpful to a point where I feel a huge difference between my big city postal center where people are herded like cattle with little human interaction in Houston and this rural Penrose post office where we exchange greetings like humans. And OH MY GOODNESS it always smells so clean!

It's clear on the labels that are on my packages that they are incorrectly labeling them, and over charging him. Not to mention, he brought this up on the second visit and the associate made a rude comment to him, and still charged him incorrectly. Clearly incompetent.
