When I was new to Penrose, Bryan has called me personally to work through my missing parcel. It was a misunderstanding on my end. Geoff is friendly and fast! Monica is very efficient and focused - she helped me solve a problem with my weird address. Everyone is helpful to a point where I feel a huge difference between my big city postal center where people are herded like cattle with little human interaction in Houston and this rural Penrose post office where we exchange greetings like humans. And OH MY GOODNESS it always smells so clean!

- KLKim LampronJan 8, 20181.0Our company has been doing retail sells for over 7 years, we ship daily, The postmaster at this post office is by far the WORST employee we have ever seen, unfriendly, rude and arrogant, never is she ever helpful, nor does she ever smile, and greet her customers kindly, she seems to complain at the amount of packages we bring in daily. It is not a pleasure working with this post office.
