  When seeking a notary, I would think twice before utilizing this UPS location. We made an appointment for 12:30 on a Saturday - showed up at 12:30 and were told “Oh, yeah, he’s not here today. You can come anytime tomorrow.” One of the younger guys was at least a bit apologetic. Anyway I called the next morning because I wasn’t feeling confident, but the person on the phone said that the notary would be there until 3. Great! Got there around 1:45 “Sorry, he left for the day. He had things to do.” The whole vibe was like the shrug emoji come to life. “Not my problem,” it seemed. So I lugged my toddler out once again. Found a great notary elsewhere. I am not an unreasonable person and I know that life happens, but come on. My time is valuable too.

  Walked into this location today. Indian guy had no service etiquettes, not a hello or anything other than telling me how I can drop my packages and use Kiosk. No manners and utterly rude and could not understand him when he was speaking, understand he had a very THICK accent but stop Muttering it makes it harder to understand. All that to say he needs manners in customer service and a little kindness goes a long way. Some coaching by management would be helpful. Utterly disappointing experience with this UPS location and guy with no manners!!!
