When I was in there recently and waiting in line for service, a customer in line behind me had brought his dog in the store. The dog was not leashed and was running around uncontrolled, going up to everyone in the store and pushing up against them. No employee in the store made an attempt to get the dog owner to get his animal under control. This dog did not appear violent in any way; however, the Town of Parker has leash laws, and not everyone is comfortable with dogs running around indoor locations pushing themselves into someone else’s space. This was not a service dog, and the employees in the store didn’t even attempt to address the situation. Why are you not enforcing the Town’s laws and ordinances, and allowing customers to feel uncomfortable in situations like this due to your lack of oversight on rules and regulations?

Nicest ever they even take outgoing USPS!!!! they helped me out when I didnt realize one of my packages was a customer package, only shipment.And I was shocked at just how nice all of the staff and the store was.... they had a line even and they have a special amazon, do.It yourself kiosk, that as long as you can understand directions.You can package up and ship out your own shipment. This was such a surprise to me as I'm new to returns with Amazon and like I said that one in castle rock is such a joke compared to just how helpful and nice they were here :) they have mailboxes here with real street addresses also!!! What a great shop thanks guys!!!!
