  I had an excellent experience with Ian at UPS Store #1548 in Parker. I called on Saturday (1/10/26) about an urgent print job I needed completed by Monday evening for a funeral on Tuesday in Kiowa. Ian immediately let me know that their print specialist was not in on weekends, but instead of just leaving it at that, he asked if he could put me on a brief hold to confirm whether someone would be available Monday to complete the poster boards in time. He then had me email the PDFs directly to the store so they would already have everything ready to go first thing Monday morning, which I really appreciated. On Monday morning, Ian called to inform me that unfortunately their print person was out sick and they would not be able to meet the deadline. His message allowed me to quickly secure the print job elsewhere in time, which I am truly grateful for. Since I received the voicemail, I didn’t think about calling back to let them know. Later that afternoon, Ian called again just to make sure I had received his update and that I wasn’t still waiting on their store for next steps. That kind of follow-through and professionalism is rare. Even though we ultimately had to get our print job completed elsewhere due to the timing, Ian’s professionalism and communication are exactly what will make me come here first the next time I need printing or shipping services. Ian was kind, empathetic, and extremely professional during every interaction. He went above and beyond to communicate clearly and ensure I wasn’t left hanging. @Ryan - He is a GREAT employee and I truly hope he is recognized for his efforts. He represents UPS Store #1548 very well.

  I periodically have to drop off packages at this location for work. When I was in there recently and waiting in line for service, a customer in line behind me had brought his dog in the store. The dog was not leashed and was running around uncontrolled, going up to everyone in the store and pushing up against them. No employee in the store made an attempt to get the dog owner to get his animal under control. This dog did not appear violent in any way; however, the Town of Parker has leash laws, and not everyone is comfortable with dogs running around indoor locations pushing themselves into someone else’s space. This was not a service dog, and the employees in the store didn’t even attempt to address the situation. Why are you not enforcing the Town’s laws and ordinances, and allowing customers to feel uncomfortable in situations like this due to your lack of oversight on rules and regulations?
