We were to close on a Friday before Memorial Day, got a call saying we couldn’t after having everything planned. Well, Julie Segura went above and beyond and came to our house on the Saturday at 7:00am so we could close and complete our move during that 3 days weekend. We could not be more thankful to her. Julie is also extremely helpful and made the closing process as easy as possible. Our whole family is so thankful for Julie and for caring so much for our situation.

From start to finish, this transaction was anything but smooth—a lender mishap after mishap on a new build turned what should have been a straightforward closing into a complete nightmare. Through it all, Julie kept everything together. When the lender tried to relocate the closing across the city without informing me or my clients, Julie stepped in and made sure we stayed put at the office we were already at. She was proactive, communicative, and truly had our backs the entire time. What should have been a routine process turned into a six-hour closing, and Julie—despite being at another office—stayed on top of everything, ensuring we had what we needed and that we could actually close that day. She even stayed past 5 PM on a Friday to make sure the job got done. I also want to give a shoutout to the incredible team at the Pecos office—they made sure we had a room for the entire duration, checked in on us frequently, and arranged for a Notary so we could finalize everything. They went above and beyond, providing snacks, water, and coffee to keep us comfortable through the long process. Julie and the Guardian Title team truly saved the day on this one.
