Lady is rude, not helpful at all asked for what mail we got about a note left in my mailbox & did not get answers. Unprofessional! Have also witnessed other customers complain about the same lady that caused a long wait line! Worst post office ever!

I find like most business if you in with a good additude you'll get good service. I think its a bit unfair to take frustrations out on the people at the counter. Specifically, they are the last stop in package travel. I imagine they'd simply delivery it to you rather than causing concerns for everyone involved. They didn't address, pack, or choose which shipper to use for the item. Good news: There's simple, basic options to find any package, delayed or not delivered to you. The easiest and quickest resolutions are as follows in my opinion: 1) Educate yourself by tracking your item to see what's going on. Maybe it's delayed because of weather or some other reason. 2) Contact the shipper to see your options. Many large companies will simply send another one and worry about the missing one later. Case closed 3) Dispute the charges with your credit card company. Consumer law says you don't pay for anything you don't receive. Regardless the reason, the outcome of this is: you have your money back and can move forward how you choose. Case closed. 4) File a claim if the item has insurance. Case closed **Priority Mail Express has (a) Guaranteed Delivery date or your money back for the postage (b) includes $100 insurance and can be increased ** Priority Mail includes $50 insurance and can be increased. ** 1st class Mail. Insurance can be added.
