  I paid $577 with usps- they didn't deliver my packages to my home. I had to pick them up. Their excuse was "if we delivered all yours, others wouldn't get their packages" I live 3 minutes from the post office and fit all the boxes in my car. It'd have taken maybe 15 minutes to drop my PAID SERVICES off

  New to Paonia and I don’t have direct mail delivery. The staff has been wonderful helping me figure out how to address things in a way they get delivered. With the volume of mail delivery these days I am super impressed with how quickly my items are processed and the two main staff that I have dealt with (young man and young woman) have been so kind and professional every single time. Just a shout out and thank you for a small town Post Office.

  I love living in this small town away from the city. I don't expect the post office to be a marvel of industry. I appreciate the small town feel and I really appreciate the employees who work hard to keep it going. It can't be a super fun job, but I have been met with good customer service and hard working people.

  USPS Refuses to deliver our mail because our dog scared one of their carriers by barking at them. We have since then renovated the property and added a gate making this a non issue but the post master still refuses to deliver our mail until we “put our dog down”. She also lied in claiming the dog chased the carrier down the street. The post master is tyrant who refuses to even acknowledge our many complaints. Seemingly there is no one to make a complaint to above her so like most despots her power is unchecked. They also threatened to call the police on me for bringing a different dog in to the post Office when at the time they allowed everyone else’s dog in the post office. The post master is rude and demands to see my ID every time I pick up the mail they refuse to deliver. She doesn’t ask anyone else. She knows who I am, she is merely abusing the little power she has. I am a business owner that relys on postal services and USPS will never have my business as long as the current post master is employed.
