- DWDavin WeaverMar 31, 20261.0Unable to deliver a package to a location across the street from the post office, after the package was out for delivery for 8 hours. Pretty impressive stuff, never experienced service this bad outside of FedEx before. Edit: Dealt with pickup, and other reviewers were not exaggerating, there was a full line the entire time, took about 10+ minutes for each customer, everyone else had slips in hand so apparently I'm not the only one that they couldn't bother delivering to. My favorite fact was learning that they don't deliver to Pagosa St. For reference, Pagosa Street is the MAIN ROUTE through town. At least Allen was pretty nice, I'm sure he's tired of dealing with this too.

- AAACCJan 24, 20261.0I waited in line one hour to pick up a package. They couldn't find it. Instead they accidentally gave me OUTGOING mail. So not only did I not receive my mail, but then I had to create another outgoing shipping label. I finally received the package 3 weeks later. It had been there the entire time. I don't think it's the workers fault so much as this place must be severely understaffed.

I would suggest asking the contractors to leave a blank package slip with the customer so they can fill in their address. Then each customer fills out the slip and comes to the post office to put it in a package pick up box. Have all the packages sorted by street number only. Then your dedicated package pick up person would gab all the slips periodically and simply go to the number area for each slip. Please give up on the old slip system with lots of labor and lots or time spent.
