I give up. Had to file a formal complaint. This place is absolutely ridiculous. You're better off getting your mail in Durango. More gas but less bull.

A sad representation of a once reverred agency. This PO should be avoided at all costs as they're understaffed, unmanaged, underfunded, and a complete disaster. Expect endless delays, long and slow moving lines, lost mail and packages, poor overworked attitudes, and little to no resolutions. Enter at your own risk!

Slowest post office in North America. Really a shame. Waiting 40+ minutes just to pick up a package. Willing to change my review if it improves.

Friendly employees. And very long wait times for picking up packages/sending out packages. Every-time I’m here, it’s always at least an hour wait! Packages should be delivered to my mailing address , not the post office where it’s an hour+ wait. They need more than one employee working at the desks.

Why is no one doing anything to fix this
