- TDThomas Doe3 days ago1.0I finally met the person everyone in the reviews complains about. She walked into the room with a nasty aura and sneer on her face and me and the people in line could immediately tell she was trouble. The looks on the peoples faces in line were something else. Anyways this lady gets to her station and asks "can I help you?" with one of the nastiest venom dripping tones you'll ever hear. I walked up the the counter and before i could say anything she snatched the package out of my hands, like actually snatched it hard, and tossed it on the scale and said thank you. I said I need a receipt, she huffed and printed it. I go here frequently and every other worker has been awesome and I didnt understand why these reviews were so low. Well now I know.

On a previous visit, an employee forgot to label my package, which caused it to be returned three times. When I went back for help, they were rude and told me I would have to pay again. Today, I simply asked if they sell bags, and the response was dismissive and rude. While I was waiting to check out, the employee didn’t say a word, just put up a “BRB” sign and walked away. Thankfully, another employee eventually helped me. Customer service here really needs improvement.
