  Unfortunately the current person on our route is incompetent. Our entire neighborhood of roughly 26 houses routinely gets mail from other streets and packages that just never get delivered. Truly incredible how bad the service is from this location and the lack of care and inability to read a basic address is frustrating. There are a couple really good people that work there but the ones that are bad, are really bad and unfortunately assigned to the Riverbend Neighborhood.

  I would like to sincerely apologize for my previous review on post office website. That review was written based on an online inquiry and was not related to my local post office. I deeply regret any misunderstanding it may have caused. Today, I visited my local post office regarding some missing mail pieces, and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness, and assistance I received. The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient in addressing my concern, and I truly appreciate their efforts in working to resolve the issue. A special thank you to Ruth, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I’m grateful to her and to everyone at my local post office — including my carrier — for their hard work and dedication. Once again, I apologize for any confusion my previous review may have caused. My earlier comments were strictly about my online inquiry and not a reflection of my local post office, which has always provided outstanding service. Thank you all for your professionalism and excellent customer care.

  Not delivering packages and making up untrue reasons for non delivery. Need to get their act together, I was home no deliver attempted, said they couldn’t access property I live on a residential street, no gates, no fences nothing but a driveway and a front door two regular cars in the driveway. Please explain why you couldn’t access the house. Nothing blocking access. And you cannot get through to anyone to understand what the problem is.

  I'm extremely frustrated with the consistent delivery issues I've experienced with USPS in New Castle, CO 81647. Despite multiple orders, they refuse to deliver packages to my mailbox, parcel, or residence, instead requiring pickup at the post office. Upon arrival, we're told the package is 'on route' and not yet available. By the end of the day, the package is still not delivered, and we're advised to pick it up. However, when we arrive at the post office, the package is nowhere to be found. The staff claims they'll contact the driver and get back to us, but this leads to a cycle of unfulfilled promises. Eventually, they suggest filing a claim for a missing package, despite it being scanned as 'arrived.' The packages in question are small, biscuit-can-sized containers holding worms for our orders. It's absurd that drivers refuse to deliver such a small package to our mailbox. I believe USPS is not being truthful with merchants, claiming we never picked up packages when, in fact, they refused to deliver them. The lack of accountability and customer care is alarming, particularly given the long tenure of the staff. The ongoing issue seems to have no solution, and I'm fed up with the runaround. I'm sharing my experience in the hopes that someone will take notice and take action to address this problem.
