- BWBen WhiteJan 28, 20264.0Really helpful staff who are always pleasant to talk to. Are there mistakes? Sure. Some outside of their control, some just because we're human. But I've always found the folks here to be great. My only quam would be I wish I could use the smart locker more compared to having to get a yellow slip, or wait til Monday if I missed Saturday hours.

USPS is terrible for Amazon. Just contact Amazon & say don't use USPS. It switches to UPS & FedEx. Problem solved.
