- KJken jenksFeb 6, 20245.0Locally operated and managed by neighbors and friends. I don't know the FedEx or UPS drivers from other communities. They have no community ties or proffesional commitment to service. I wish we had door to door service and no other rural communities seem to. Still when I have a Post Box problem the staff no who I am and what can be done. The passport service alone saves me 180 mile round trip every few years. On the occasion when for profit services would work better, they let me know. Thank You for being here.
- SSSarina SligerAug 28, 20193.0All the ladies that work there are very friendly...but the gentleman that works there has been rude to me every time I pick up a package, like I’m an inconvenience for getting packages. I’ve even waited a day or 2 to pick them up. Still not any better. I almost want to pay to have a P.O. Box in another town. We travel and have lived in multiple states and I’ve never had a hard time getting packages.
