Pkg sat in next FedEx office over the Weekend. Now, my pkg won't arrive till Thursday. Very disappointed with service. I would have been willing to take to main office, if given the information on missing drop-off times.

The wrapping was done carefully and covered the package properly, with packing tape over all seams. The rep's excuse for suggesting I remove the wrapping was that conveyor belts could rip off the wrapping and the address label would be lost, and that would cause my package to be lost. I have never heard this excuse before, and it seemed like a ruse. I tried calling the fedex customer support number but the fedex system would not take my call and hung up on me, twice. fedex seems to be having quite a bit of trouble today. Maybe I will use UPS next time.
