It took them four days to implement a simple but urgent network adjustment, even after requesting that the ticket be expedited. We're talking about 5 minutes of actual work, maybe 15 minutes total if we're allowing for ticketing and documentation followup as well. Four days to get to something like that is unprofessional and frankly ridiculous, especially with this kind of monthly maintenance rate.
