I sent a package to a friend that lives in this very small town, and get an alert that it was "held at post office at customer request." The customer had no idea it was even there! But then the next alert says "return to sender" BEFORE "insufficient address" is filed. So which is it? Gotta choose ONE of those if you're too lazy to do your job.
