The package was never located after stopping and inquiring about it for a week. Other than one employee, who was very nice and tried to help, the other has always been very condescending and rude. Re-ordered and got notice again that the second one was being held at the Post Office. Went to inquire about it and was reprimanded by the clerk about how it was addressed. I left upset about being spoken to that way with no offer to help. If you are not into servicing the customers in a helpful and kind way then you need to find another job outside of customer service!!
