- HAheath ArshanFeb 4, 20261.0This post office is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My poor kids who win free giveaways on Whatnot don’t get them because someone at this post office is a mail nazi. We get the pink slips every week saying we owe more for a single letter sent. I’ve talked to others on Whatnot and this isn’t happening anywhere but in this one little town! Then I have to go stand in line for 30min weekly cuz they never have more the one person working!! Something needs to change here!! I got a slip today stating we owe $14.22 for a small envelope!! You’re preventing kids from getting their free stuff they have won for FREE!! CHANGE THIS!!!
- EPEric ProckishDec 22, 20251.0Absolutely miserable experience each time I have to deal with this post office. I can't get any mail forwarded to me, packages are a lost cause. The tracking tells me that as soon as it gets to Lyons it gets returned to sender with no notice or slip from the post office. When I go in to ask what I can do to remedy the situation, they are rude and completely unhelpful. Multiple Christmas presents have not made it due to their complete incompetence. And judging by the other reviews, this will probably not result in any actual change but good God this makes receiving and sending mail miserable.
