- AHApril HydeSep 25, 20174.0It's gotten better w/the newest post master. The other 2 that we've put up w/ in the last yr & half that's we've lived here lacked customer service. I can't give it 5 stars because within half an hour of the posted closing time I've gone in and the window has been closed the postmaster's vehicle was outside and we couldn't get service. I don't know why that she's closed up they're only available to the public for a good 2-3 hours a day anyway depending on the day of the week. I hope I bugged the heck out of her knocking on her closed window shade this last time, she had at least 20 minutes that she was to remain open to the public and I know she was back there I don't know anybody who can clock out 20 minutes at their job and it's okay.
