  I’m so sorry to say but when I went into the store there was a huge BO body odor in the entire store. There was a worker there that was the reason. I had to grab my shirt up upon my nose to stop felling sick. ( I thought that cleanliness was a rule for work and safe environment) it was terrible to experience.

  I used to like this store a lot, convienent to drop off packages. Forget that. Went in today asking about shipping something to china and got told it would be 500 dollars when I put the exact details of the package online it said 70. They didn't even bother to weigh it. The clerk just looked at my package and pulled that number out his rump without hesitation of asking sending me to USPS. Alright. I'll just use them from here forward.

  I went in because I received a notification from UPS that my package was being held at this location for pickup due to required signature. When I got there the employee seemed confused and could not seem to find information in their system. I asked them to look up my tracking number and they read that it indeed was showing tht it was being held there for pick up. At this point the employee turned around and looked in one cabinet and turned back around and said it was not there. I asked them to check around for it. They turned around looked at the top of the counter with a quick uninterested glance and then turned back to me and said, “Yeah they do this stuff all the time. The drivers log bogus entries in the UPS system all the time and it would probably get delivered in the couple days.” Not impress with the complete lack of any real effort to look for my package, I called UPS customer service and stood in the store for 25 minutes on hold waiting for an answer. No one attempted to look for my package the entire time I paced around on hold. Finally gave up and drove home still on hold with UPS. On the way home, customer service finally answered and told me the tracking information said it was in the UPS store waiting for pickup. I said, I was just there for a half hour and they said my package was not there. All I got was, "Call the seller and tell them to file a claim." After being home for 20 minutes a got a call from the store. When I answered, “Um, your package is here, actually, sorry.” I wasted 1.5 hours on my very short weekend driving back and forth to this store because they could not be bothered to actually expend any effort looking for my package that was entrusted to their care by UPS. My experience today seems to mirror the same lack of customer care that the prior feedback post indicates in frustration.
