  This is usually my go to place for office needs as my printer is on the fritz. Adam has been the manager for several years and is rude and has no customer presence. I see a few other posts in here indicating the same about him. Why is he still there? I've been going there for 10 years and of the time he's been there every time I come in he is not at all personable and comes across very rude. He always shoves a card across the counter to me instead of relying on the customer interface. And he chose to talk to someone calling in on the phone as opposed to taking care of the customers at the counter. I'm done shopping here. There's plenty of competition that appreciates the customer.
