People in the Loveland lobby are Good. However, They have lost my Mail, held my Mail without telling me and the "Gentleman " delivering Mail Today was smoking a cigarette, the whole time He was working. Maybe Ok in the 60's. Not just a little disgusting but seems a little unprofessional , these Days 🤪 picture included.

Update: The supervisor left a message for me saying I could blame whoever I wanted. I clearly said it was my fault that the name wasn’t there and all the clerk had to do was say, hey there’s no name. The message was a mix of, I couldn’t care less that this happen and it’s your fault. He said he had never received a complaint about his clerks and that he wasn’t sure what I wanted him to do about it. Then he tried to claim I wanted to package back and that was just a ridiculous request. I never asked for the package back. I said I couldn’t pull up information online because there was no name on the package. He clearly didn’t actually read what happened. He also said a package doesn’t need a name only an address. I didn’t bother to call back because it was very clear in the voicemail that it didn’t matter. I didn’t think it would be beneficial to call back just to go back and forth about it. If it’s not an issue to the post office that the clerks don’t verify there is a name on the package, then… He said the package went in the system that way and oh well. So guess we’ll just see if it gets delivered and if not then I’ll deal with then. Original post: I dropped off a package on Saturday morning, 8/9, I was rushing and forgot the label. I stepped out of line to fill one out, and I would have gone to the back of the line if it was an issue but the woman clerk said I was next and the man waved me over. In my second rush to fill out the label, I forgot the name of the recipient on my label. It was dumb but not done on purpose. When inputting the information for the shipping label the male clerk asked me if SHE had an apartment number or if SHE could sign electronically. A no point and time did he say, hey there is no recipient name on this label. He very clearly said SHE for every question. I left the post office feeling unsettled but wasn't sure why. I realized later that I missed putting the name and called customer service but they said there was nothing they could do. They confirmed the address but I have no idea what name is on the package or if there is one and they said they could not confirm the name due to confidentiality. I have no idea if this package will make it and I can't do anything about it because the name is a mandatory field to get information! While I understand it was my mistake to miss the name, but this is information the clerk looks at everyday he works. It would have taken him less than 30 seconds to say, hey there's no name on here. Instead, it was like it was a joke to him and his comedy gold was to see if I would notice my mistake while he used the misleading punch line of "She". Which I missed because I had too many things to get done that day and was rushing.
