Adam is very rude and condescending. Will overcharge for packaging. Did not meet the purple promise. Will be reporting to corporate.

I've always had a good experience at this store but not today. I'm sure either my wife or I have left a 5 star review. I always reuse boxes, the FedEx employee indicated a small black and white sticker was for hazardous materials so I peeled the sticker off. He said I still can't mail that package. He didn't want to check the contents or anything, just said " I can't help you and walked away".

Be very cautious relying on quotes from this FedEx Office location. I paid this store to pack and ship an item and was quoted and authorized $375, which is shown on my receipt. About a month later, FedEx corporate billed my account an additional ~$500, claiming the final dimensions and weight were different. Since this location handled the packing, I had no control over box size or weight. Despite providing the receipt and disputing the charge with both FedEx corporate and the store, neither accepted responsibility and the charge stood. If you use this location, make sure you understand that the final cost may change after shipment, even when FedEx Office packs the item.

Adam helped me ship a large quantity of packages which I had already generated labels for. He was rude and gave me attitude the entire time, even more so when I asked for a receipt and talked to me like I was stupid for not settling for a digital receipt on the website. Funnily enough it took him exactly 5 seconds to print one. He also handled every box very roughly right in front of me. When I got back to my workplace, I realized he missed scanning one package. I drove back and he was even more rude the second time even though I told him which package he missed. After all that I still told him to have a nice day and he ignored me. Ridiculous. I don't care how much you dislike your job, you should never take it out on your customers. This guy needs an attitude check. I'd recommend driving out of your way to a different store just to avoid this man.

I read the reviews and deciding not to go to this Fedex just to he on the safe side but still i ended up going there cz of some fedex markup on google maps in front of a random Walgreens. The reviews were totally right and accurate as the guy i was dealing with wasnt helpful at all. Would not provide directions to customers and tried his best to get the money out of my pocket. He asked me for a delivery it ll be 100$ and i had to ask him that there is a cheaper way which i heard costs about 26$ only then he told me yeah we do have that whereas i have worked in customer service myself and i would always provide different options for my customer leaving the choice for them for what price suits them the best not just focusing on overcharging them. Then he charged me 6$ for a box 8x8 which was about 2$ but when i asked them why is it 4$ more, they were like its 2$ if you pack it and 6$ if we do it for you, like 4$ for just moving your hands and packing a box? Which isnt big of a problem but they could ve told me this on upfront so i wouldnt had to pay 4$ to some guy for packing my stuff which i believe is not a hard job for myself. Would not recommend it at all. 👎
