  Manager was rude and condescending. When asked a couple questions regarding my shipment his responses were not helpful. My shipping label showed 15 pounds but website said 34 pounds and therefore I was concerned about the amount I’m being charged, would there be an adjustment? Rude and condescending. That’s the answer I received.

  i’m a pretty regular customer of this location and i haven’t had an issue with this place until today. i came in to print something at one of the self-kiosk machines and it didn’t print out the paper i needed so i decided to get in line for the registers up front. keep in mind there were 2 SEPARATE lines for 3 of the registers. once i got up to the register, who ever the man in the blue shirt is rudely said “were you the next person in line out of all these people because im getting some weird looks” i was a little confused because was i supposed to merge the 2 separate lines together into 1? obviously i was the next person in line if i was in one of the lines waiting… im not sure why that was so hard for him to comprehend. definitely WONT be returning if this is how the employees talk to the customers, usually everyone is pretty nice so it honestly shocked me. i’ll be taking my business somewhere else, learn to be a bit kinder to the people who support your business.

  I came to this location hoping for help locating a very important (refrigerated, life saving medication) package that had been overnighted for delivery today, but was showing a delay on the morning of delivery… bumping the delivery back by 2 days. Jared was incredibly patient, kind and compassionate, and helped me to locate the package and find a solution for it to still be delivered today. Jared- thank you for truly caring. Human to human, you’re a gem.

  Love the staff, they are always helpful and I dropped off a package today, but I didn’t bring my darn ID so they were kind enough to hold onto the package for me and keep it safe until I had my credentials very patient didn’t understand understanding ready to assist anybody immediately! I see no issues with this facility nor the rates for ground shipping, so I will continue to pay them visits when I make sales!
