I visited this location twice recently and both times to drop something, I already had a label etc, I encountered this Gentlemen I am sure he is the Manager, enough said, he is Rude! Talks to you like you are and inconvenience for him. I don't know you have a place that if you have a kiosk you can just scan and drop there, sorry I don't. It is your y Job to help and if need be educate the customer once, twice three times whatever it takes without making me feel like I bother you. If you have cameras you can see his attitude, he walks away from you etc. You are rude sir, the reason why your location exist is because customers come in, there are many carriers now, do you want to be an option or a Choice? As I read other reviews of rude employees in this location , I understand why. So far employees to had been friendly to me but this Gentlemen comes across Rude and making people feel as if they are an inconvenient. This is my honest observation.

I guess they have a right to know, but no other shipper asks me this question. I get it though, they seem to want to know if the package has batteries, perhaps that is what they should ask. It's the only location that is semi-convenient for me and sometimes FedEx is the only option. Because of this I'll probably be back again, but only if I have to.

I final the called the pickup location for Loveland they were very helpful and got me squared away in literally 2 minutes. And still had my order to be ready for same day pick up! They are the only reason I will consider doing business at that location again. Kudos to the Loveland location employees! You saved the review stars!

From start to finish, the entire team, especially Store Manager Adam and associates Janice and Austin, were so friendly, professional, and unbelievably helpful. We arrived with almost every detail wrong, completely out of our depth with the printing requirements. Adam was patient and kind, taking the time to work with us. He guided us through the process, fixing our errors, and ensuring every single print, fold, and cut was exactly as it needed to be. Without his dedication, our materials would have been a disaster. Later, Janice was invaluable, stepping in on a separate occasion to help my fiancé quickly print a few items we had forgotten. Austin also deserves praise for skillfully managing the communication and keeping our large order on track and updated. Their efforts made a typically hectic and stressful season so much better for us! This team truly went above and beyond! They deserve the highest recognition for their incredible work. We will absolutely be bringing all of our post-wedding printing back here. Thank you Adam, Janice, Austin and FedEx Loveland Team!
