    Went in for fingerprint services, the only place within 15 miles, and GUESS WHAT. The ONLY person that can do it is 'on vacation'. Drove 40 minutes for nothing... thanks USPS.

    1st of all, I don't understand why we live in Frederick and instead of our post office being here, it's in longmont. Next, I don't understand how I call 20 times and every time, I get "we're sorry we are unable to take your call" and then on to how i can track my package. Well, I didn't need to track a package because they showed it was already delivered however it was delivered to the wrong address. This happens repeatedly with this particular post office. I don't understand how difficult it is to read a package and put the key in the proper box or the mail in the proper box instead of just glancing and tossing it into what they think is the correct box. This post office and its employees are about as incompetent as I've ever come across. It's really no wonder if the post office is suffering and as far as I'm concerned they can shut them all down and use FedEx or UPS because the United States Postal Service is a joke!!!
