And I called the store as I got closer to make sure it was ready for pick up well when I asked for the status of my order brook first of all had a bit of an attitude then she said she would e transferring me to the person that is in charge of printing. She had me on hold for 45min. By the time I got to the store I was still on hold. I was so patient that day. And when I went to the counter to get my forms they weren’t even printed yet.. Tessa who printed my order on the other hand was great she took care of it right away.. but it would have saved me a lot more time if I hadn’t waited aslong as I did.
