But I decided to give them another shot and went in for them to help me send something overseas because I couldn't figure out the paperwork required. Five different associates were all working on this at one point, I was so appreciative of their help. When I tried tracking the package and saw it was held up in Greece, I called back for assistance and they took no responsibility, but offered to give me a customer service number. There are so many other Fed Ex options near me, there is no reason for me to go back to this one.
