I called the store while sitting in my car and the call was ignored by the employee that was on the computer. She came up to the door, then appeared to unlock the door, but apparently locked it instead. Today is Saturday, February 14th. I had the box labeled and just needed to drop it off. Don't day that you close at 6 if you close earlier. Now I have to cancel this label and get a USPS label and drop it of at the post office drop box. This will take over an hour. On valentine's day. At least answer the phone.

But I decided to give them another shot and went in for them to help me send something overseas because I couldn't figure out the paperwork required. Five different associates were all working on this at one point, I was so appreciative of their help. When I tried tracking the package and saw it was held up in Greece, I called back for assistance and they took no responsibility, but offered to give me a customer service number. There are so many other Fed Ex options near me, there is no reason for me to go back to this one.
