    I didn't review the first bad experience I had here where I went into the store to ship something and they tried to charge me 10 times the actual price. But I decided to give them another shot and went in for them to help me send something overseas because I couldn't figure out the paperwork required. Five different associates were all working on this at one point, I was so appreciative of their help. When I tried tracking the package and saw it was held up in Greece, I called back for assistance and they took no responsibility, but offered to give me a customer service number. There are so many other Fed Ex options near me, there is no reason for me to go back to this one.

    Dani's customer service was top notch tonight. She asked if we could pick up our project tomorrow, but it was time sensitive. She said she'd still do it even though she was busy. She did a great job and couldn't have been more pleasant. In general, this store always has great staff.
