- AIAlmendra IbanezJun 22, 20221.0Customer service is horrible here and unprofessional. Communication is awful. No communication whatsoever. the people that work there have awful skills. Do not get insurance from them they do not care or value their customers you’re better off going somewhere else.

Poor customer service from their adjusters that take weeks to get back to you and inspectors that do not do their job correctly. I recommend to go with a different insurance company who actually values and cares about their customers!
- CCCasey CurtisSep 24, 20191.0One of Allstate's insured ran a stop sign and hit my wife on the back door of her car. Wife has right of way on a major thoroughfare and Allstate's insured has a stop sign and was making a left hand turn. Incredibly, they have declined to take full responsibility for the liability from the crash. They actually had the gall to say that my wife was 20% liable for getting hit in the back door by a driver that did not have the right of way who was making a left hand turn and has a stop sign. I kid you not. Now I have to take them to court. Allstate is an example of a big company playing games with the little guy to line their pockets.
