  Absolutely Horrible. It pains me to say this as I have family that works for Allstate, but Allstate is the absolute worst when it comes to filling claims. They absolutely refuse to pay for damages, and forget about supplemental damages, they will reject them without a second thought. They would rather you die in your vehicle from cheap repairs than pay for the work to be done. My husband hit a deer in my car on the night November 9th. In November 10th he filed a claim via the Allstate app. Allstate then suggested we go to a local shop and get a quote from there as the quote they gave us for damages was $2100 which only covered the replacement of the grill. The body shop estimated approximately 6000 with approximately another 3000 in supplemental damages. The adjuster declined all supplemental repairs, left no reason why, and cause my claim to be delayed 2 weeks. It is now December 19th and my car has not even been touched by the mechanic, because Allstate won't approve repairs, or because they want to dispute labor cost or labor hours. What a joke. I called Allstate: Monday 12/18/23 2:38 pm CST i was told repairs have been approved and checks were mailed I then called the body shop to confirm they said Allstate declined the supplemental repairs, and they can start on my car until Allstate has approved all repairs I called Allstate back at 2:54 pm CST on 12/18/23 Saying the checks have been mailed, and to schedule the appointment for the repairs to be done. Called the body shop, the informed my that the adjuster removed them from my case assignment and they could not longer access any correspondence with the adjuster. The adjuster left no call back information and no comments as to why the supplemental repairs were denied. I called Allstate back at 3:16pm CST on 12/18/23 I was told there was no contact info from the adjuster so a new adjuster was being assigned to my case, and either the adjuster or Allstate would be in contact. The morning of 12/19/23 Allstate called informing my husband to set up a new virtual assist with the new adjuster. At 2:29 pm CST I called Allstate to ask why we have to repeat this process now for the third time. The response that was given goes as follows, the supplemental repairs couldn't be approved because the car was at my residence and not the shop then the person I was talking to just started acting like she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call. Call the body shop to set up a virtual assistance call with new adjuster but can't get me in until after the new year. Call Allstate back at 2:51pm CST on 12/19/23 Spoke with Ricky, who actually contacted my body shop, got them reassigned to my claim, collected all the paperwork that was apparently lost by Allstate, got the new adjuster set up with the body shop so the supplemental repairs could be approved and work on my car could hopefully be scheduled. The body shop I am going to has mentioned the possibility of dropping Allstate because on the nonsense they pull, and honestly, I'm looking at State Farm because they immediately authorize repairs, and I would have my car repaired and back at my home a month ago. My husband and I have been loyal customers since 2015, my husband even longer, and we have never ever filed a claim.

  Customer service is horrible here and unprofessional. Communication is awful. No communication whatsoever. the people that work there have awful skills. Do not get insurance from them they do not care or value their customers you’re better off going somewhere else.

  PLEASE AVOID ALLSTATE LIKE THE PLAGUE! My 6 month pregnant wife got hit by one of Allstates drivers Sep 3rd 2018 and here it is Jan 8th 2019 and our vehicle is still not out of the shop. I called Allstates 1800 number to speak with a manager or regional manager with no luck with that. It's been over 5 months and all of the hold ups are with Allstate trying to decide whether or not to fix our car or total it. Also Allstate has problems approving supplements, those usually take half a month or more to approve. Our vehicle is at a auto body shop with over 200 reviews and a 4.4 customer satisfaction rating. I guess the next best thing to talking with managers (which isn't getting us anywhere) is to take this up with the Department of Insurance ,do a story with 9news or get a lawyer. This company steps over dollars to pick up nickles all day every day. PLEASE AVOID ALLSTATE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
