I made it to the post office by 15 min before closing. The first clerk was super helpful and was willing to help fill out my form. Because it was going to a ship and had to have all the items listed she asked a co-worker what was the best way instead he said well there isn’t enough time we close at 5p. And instead of trying to help they said you will have to come back tomorrow.

Why have you taken all the drop boxes but one from the street. Whenever I try to use it it's always full. This is ridiculous.

This is by far the worst post office I've ever been too. An hour and 30 mins of waiting. 1 employee at the counter, and she thought it was a great idea to have small talk and conversations with every customer that walked up. Venita needs to quite and go work at a Walmart if she just wants to talk all damn day. Absolutely ridiculous

It was difficult to find a handicap parking as I had a foot surgery. I came with 2 large packages and on crutches. Several employees saw me but offer no help as I dragging from the door to the counters. It is not even busy at the time.

Nearly every time I come into the post office I dread having to deal with Edward. He is very rude and condescending. I don’t feel that he should be dealing with the public.
