  Would give 0/100 if I could. Unfortunately this is the one bad experience out of many good. Whoever the young gentleman working on Sun, April 26 2026 is should not be working there. I walked in and he slammed something down and I knew it was because he opened a minute ago and there was already people in there. This unfortunately is not my problem. I work in sales and customer service so I know how annoying it can be to have people walking in as soon as you unlock the front doors, but unfortunately, this is a part of our job. I proceed to walk up to the counter and get no hello, no how can I help you, nothing. So I am put my phone in his face And showed him I was there for an Amazon return, probably one of the easiest things they deal with. He proceeded to hand me my receipt and say nothing once again. Such an unwelcoming experience to a place that literally Took two seconds of my time And his time. Looks like staff needs to be trained better if this is how customers are being treated. Be kind to people, greet people when they walk in, it’s Sunday at 10am when YOU OPEN YOUR DOORS, I don’t make the schedule. I understand we all have bad days, but most of us have to put this behind us when we are at work because we work with other people who come into our businesses and give us service.

Excellent Service at The UPS Store on S Wadsworth & Chatfield! Niro and Becca were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to assemble my Earth Day goodie bags right there in the store — they have a great counter area stocked with supplies and plenty of space to work. This location is perfect if you’re running an Etsy or eBay business. The shop was bustling with activity, which shows how busy and well-run it is. Whether you need to ship packages or get some work done on-site, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend Niro, Becca, and the entire team!

  Niro & becca- Five stars all the way. These guys, you have run in the store.The bomb. Every time I come in and if I have a problem, they have a solution. I come to this store on purpose.Because it's just a happier place to be than most ups stores. Thank you for your great service.And i'm glad you're my neighbor.

  Excellent customer service! Needed to have a form printed and notarized. Basically did everything for me. This UPS store is Awesome!!!
