- CACathy A.1 day ago1.0FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.
- JGJacob GaumerMar 17, 20261.0So I was in for a routine return of shoes for crews shoes. The company shipped the shoes in the original shoe box through FedEx. I needed to exchange them, and the instructions said to pack and ship them back in the original box. The gentleman with the poofy curly hair and glasses was really rude and tried to force me to buy a separate box to return them in. If your company has a problem shipping things like that from customers like me, then don’t allow companies to ship things like that to us. But the overall issue was the customer service I received. It was down right terrible and unacceptable. As a GM of a restaurant I completely understand and know what expectations there are for first interactions but this gentleman did not meet any marks.
