I was at the Main Post Office recently and the customer service was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable about my package and letters being mailed. I appreciate all the clerks and their service.

This location and the mail carriers need to be investigated. Mutiple times my packages have been delivered to the wrong address/house! Not even in the same neighborhood as I asked all of my neighbors. Each time the package was essentially stolen as I never received my property! I also have a ring door bell and other security cameras so I know they weren't stolen from my porch. The process for claiming mail that has been "delivered" but not received is ridiculous and frustrating. It should not be that difficult to deliver packages to the address on the label unless they are purposely stealing packages!

No wait because I showed up at opening, but I had the slowest customer experience of my life. This staff member went through ever step "as fast as they could" and it took 20 minutes to ship one package. There was no sense of urgency, no proper typing skills, no concern for me or my crying baby who should not have had to wait that long for one package. Maybe it was their first day, they should have asked for help.

The most incompetent office, of any type of office, I have ever dealt with. If possible, please arrange your mailing and delivery needs through ANY OTHER post office. Each trip this post office offers a new low in disengaged, lazy, and inept personnel. At this point, the only option available is to file an incident with the U.S. Postal Service.
