    Fast! I went today to make a bunch of returns. Based on the full parking lot, including the short term spaces, and the number of people around and it being the holidays and so on, I worried that it was going to take more time than I really had. Nope! There were people in line, and one dealing with some complicated shipment issue, but the place was well staffed with adults moving quickly and efficiently and I was in and out in a jiffy. Well done! I'll be back.

    I dropped off a special package here with a prepaid label, not realizing it was a FedEx label. When I was unable to track my package on UPS, I panicked! I called the store and had the good fortune to get Sam, the owner, on the phone. I explained what had happened and he assured me that they had a practice of making sure all packages get where they need to go regardless of carrier. He kept talking to me and discovered I had a tracking number, knew it was a FedEx number when I told him, and had me track it on the FedEx site, and there it was!! I was so relieved. Not only did Sam help me realize my error, his team made sure it got on the right truck even though I had made the mistake. I am very grateful to the team there who knew it was important to me. Thank you!

    I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before taking my packages in to be shipped. I brought two packages in that both had pre-paid QR codes. One was a small box and one was a standard poly mailer. The woman working was very brusque. She scanned the first code for the box, printed out the label with no problem. Then she scans the next QR code for the poly mailer, and then AFTER scanning tells me I have to buy a poly mailer. I told her the package literally already was a poly mailer and she argued with me and told me that the manager says it has to be that way or something like that. So I said ok I’ll just come back and went to grab my item. She said, “it’s too late, I already printed the label.” I should have just grabbed my package and walked out but I just wanted it done so I said ok. I paid for the totally unnecessary poly mailer but looking back, I never saw her put my perfectly good package inside of a new one. I will be curious to see how it arrives to the recipient. I ship regularly at other UPS locations and have never had this happen. After reading the reviews here, it seems this location routinely tries to squeeze extra money out of its customers. It feels silly leaving a review over just a couple dollars, but I truly felt the whole experience was strange and the purchase of the extra bag was unnecessary. It looks like it happens regularly here, so others should be warned. I visit this shopping center multiple times a week, and ship frequently, but I will never set foot inside this store again.
