After he tore the packaging, I offered to take it back and repackage it, but he wouldn't give it back. Then he threatened to charge me for printing a new label and repackaging it. Forgetting the obvious fraud, he was very condescending and rude. The experience left me shocked. I filed a complaint with the UPS corporate office, but the employee refused to give me his name. I understand that this may come across like a one sided take, but I have actually never been treated so badly in my life, let alone as a patron of an establishment. It was so bad that the other customers in the store were getting upset on my own behalf. I will never use this store again. I recommend anyone who doesn't want to be treated like dirt to do the same.
