- JDJohn DoeJan 3, 20261.0Saturday January 3rd at 3:30 pm, an employee who claimed to be the manager, ripped up my Amazon return label for being "too hard to scan". After he tore the packaging, I offered to take it back and repackage it, but he wouldn't give it back. Then he threatened to charge me for printing a new label and repackaging it. Forgetting the obvious fraud, he was very condescending and rude. The experience left me shocked. I filed a complaint with the UPS corporate office, but the employee refused to give me his name. I understand that this may come across like a one sided take, but I have actually never been treated so badly in my life, let alone as a patron of an establishment. It was so bad that the other customers in the store were getting upset on my own behalf. I will never use this store again. I recommend anyone who doesn't want to be treated like dirt to do the same.

The young man working there today at 325pm (in glasses) is aggressively dealing with a female customer in front of me - arguing, raising his voice, tearing the box out of her hands … says he has no name tag and no manager when she asked him. Then he started yelling at me to step forward as he raised his voice saying “let’s go, I have a whole line behind you.” Very uncomfortable and upsetting situation. I’ve never seen anything like this before! A manger should get a hold of what’s going on in that store ASAP.

For an Amazon return if you do not print the label they will charge you $1.50 which is more than Amazon charges you to even ship a label, which is $1.00, so just be cautious when using this store so that you don’t end up spending more than you would at another store. It would be nice to know this information ahead of arriving at the store and have it more visible because they’re isn’t always another UPS store close by.
