This place is phenomenal 100 percent of the time. This is the local station that delivers to me for express shipments. Anytime there was an issue, there was always an easy resolution. My driver most of the time is Alberto, and he is always friendly and courteous when I see him. Thank you all for your hard work!

I’m writing to formally complain about an ongoing issue with a FedEx delivery driver assigned to our route and to request that this matter be escalated.
Our delivery instructions clearly specify that packages are to be delivered to our front porch. Despite this, the driver has repeatedly refused to do so and instead leaves packages in inappropriate or unsafe locations. When addressed, the driver has been dismissive and unwilling to follow the instructions on file.
This is a recurring problem, not an isolated incident, and it has created concerns around package security and reliability of service. We have made every effort to clearly document our delivery preferences, yet they continue to be ignored.
I am requesting:
Escalation of this issue to a supervisor or local terminal
Confirmation that our delivery instructions will be followed going forward
Guidance on how this will be prevented from happening again
We rely on FedEx for regular deliveries, and we expect the delivery instructions provided to be respected.

I won't ever use FedEx again. I wasn't able to print my shipping label so I went into this location knowing they could print a label for small charge. The tall FedEx employee told me they don't print labels but they can and it will take 15 minutes. He told me that this location isn't an office and the closest location was 10 minutes away. I looked at him confused because it would take less time for him to print it. He proceeded to tell me to pull my map up and give me the address to the other location. I said no thank you I'll have my husband drop it off to another location in the morning. I wasn't in the mood to argue with the employee because I felt like he didn't want to help me. I looked up this location which is a main shipment center. The location says mailing and shipping services just like the other locations.
