  Things I love as a "people focused" business owner: 1. Nice and appealing "witty" designs 2. Mark Lilley I recently launched my own company after working in the Real Estate space for someone else these past few years. Hiring branding help was something I was hesitant with, because I didn't understand the impact a put together brand can have on your business. All I can say is thank god I met Mark. He spent so much time getting to know me and my company's vision that every piece of collateral he sent me was either spot on, or so close that it was perfect after small changes. And only adding that because he's so receptive to listening to his clients. My only word of advice if you're considering Factus. Be detailed and firm in your vision, but let Mark drive the car. You won't regret it!

  Factus Creative doesn't just give you a brand. Mark helps define your business, your message, your logo, and the feel and energy that you create everyday. He is able capture all of this through his process when working with his clients. He listens deeply, asks thought provoking questions, and gets to understand your business and more importantly, you as the owner. He creativity is unending with his understanding of colors, use of technology, art skills, and passion for his work. He will put together a design for your business that's professional, transferable to all media (FB, business cards/brochures, websites, marques, etc...), and it will be one that you're proud of that embodies your business. I had such pleasurable and exciting conversations working with Mark to create my logo, my colors, my tag line and have been able to use his designs in all my media posts. I highly recommend Mark for ANY business!
