I emailed and texted and no response. Took my business elsewhere since we need a local printer. Unfortunate but hopefully they get themselves better organized moving forward because they do great work.

The last time I called the lady was defensive saying she’s the only one working and she had to take care of someone in store despite me simply asking if they had sent the quote. The service here is very poor. I would understand if they are understaffed and not able to get things out efficiently, but instead the first two times I called I was told they would get it sent out to me that day. By leaving me waiting, they completely wasted my time. I could have just contacted someone else if they had just told me.

I brought in a botched up job from another retailer, and they not only brainstormed a solution, but stayed open 15 minutes late to solve a problem they did not create.
