The post office has now several times returned items to sender because supposedly there were “problems” with our address. However, I have been to the post office several times to ensure we are doing everything correctly on our end. This is very frustrating and it seems there is nothing we can do about it. It really shouldn’t be like this.
- RKRob KnaufOct 1, 20211.0Our packages sit at the post office or in the mail truck for about a week before they are delivered if not sent back to the sender for zero reason. Greg, the postmaster, changes his tune and blames either his current employees or his lack of employees, then says he will deliver it himself because he drives the routes himself, then says he doesn't know what I'm talking about when we go to pick up 4 days later and the packages are waiting for us at post office instead of being delivered. His desk employees interrupted him to try to lecture me on how my wife should change her last name when we were discussing picking our packages up and he defends their rude interruptions. He chose his career their and he can not reasonably do his job. This post office makes life difficult for people who work all day and like my wife, all night. We will deal with USPS for complaints alot more now that we know the response from the postmaster.
