- DDDudeSep 29, 20251.0It would kill you guys to deliver to the right address wouldn't it?. I can't file a complaint with the shipper when its not their fault and you guys tell me it was delivered so who pays me back? Greg you sir need to control your circus!

Packages are never delivered when it says they are and the mailman will just decide to stop delivering all together, without explanation. Postmaster couldn't care less about the customer complaints. Still the same mailman working, who is incompetent at best, malicious at most. Luckily, i eventually get my stuff back from the person it was delivered to, most of the time. Absolutely ridiculous to be that irresponsible with people's belongings.

- MBMatt BrenchleyJul 6, 20251.0I've had them mark items as delivered that were never delivered. Was told, "sometimes the carrier does that to manage inventory." You go in to pick up packages, then a couple days later you get notified that packages are being returned because you didn't pick them up. This place opens and closes while I'm at work most of the time, I wish I could trust them to do their job on the occasions I'm able to go in.
