After explaining that we do bulk drops off at another location several times a week regularly and have never had any issues EVER they still refused to take our packages because we didn't have a manifest. Now I understand the convenience of a manifest, but it is NOT required and you are NOT allowed to refuse taking USPS packages that are prepaid and labeled. Shame on this manager for being so hateful about it and not doing her job. No wonder why you have such a low rating!!!

They also acknowledge you and let you know they'll see you as soon as they can if they're in the middle of a task instead of just ignoring you.
