She has this “inferiority complex” and anytime you tell her something that she doesn’t agree with or like, she snaps on customers. I’ve been in this location multiple times and almost everytime it’s been busy, she gets overwhelmed and takes it out on the customers. She definitely doesn’t belong in this position and definitely brings down the vibe literally every time. Find a position you enjoy rather than one that allows you to take your frustrations out on the customers. Very very ineffective.

All of them keep saying “it’s only been 8 days, I still have hope it will show up” Mind you, it’s a certified letter that’s “non machining” and was never scanned properly at its origin. Time sensitive and completely useless, now I have to explain how I sent keys certified and they never showed up to their destination, and figure out how to replace them. Angie is a narcissist that “needs to talk” even though her talking literally offered up zero solution. “Her own words, you’ve talked circles around the conversation and I need a chance to speak” While solving nothing and then hanging up on me. Mind you, this is what customer service looks like in 2025. (After spending 10+ minutes on hold) 🤦

- MFMike FOct 18, 20251.0Horrible post office seams they hire anyone to be drivers even if the dont know numbers or letters the get to communal mail boxes and are completely lost they look at the delivers and all the numbers and get scared and just drop your mail off where ever they feel so they dont have to think about these mysterious symbols that they never learned in kindergarten I'm getting sick of them loosing my mail and not knowing what they did with it
