It was $40 to ship the tiny, light package. The staff expedited the shipping without my consent. Additionally, I received a package at the store from a family member. I was charged a “holding package” fee, even though the package was at the store for less than 3 hours. They initially called and said the $5 holding fee would apply if I picked it up the next day. So I went in the same day, and was still charged a holding fee. For 3 hours of me not picking up the package. This store is a scam. I hope UPS reads this and finds an entirely new crew of workers here.

I once ordeted 10 basic prints of color drawing I made and he tried to charge me for 4x the amount of printing because I had the prints cut into 4’s and he tried to tell me it was 40 sheets! I called out his unethical behavior and he back tracked. But tonight was the worst. Straight up insulting. He charged me $3.50 for me to purchase a $1 label. So basically he charged me $4.64 to print a sheet of paper. No other UPS store treats people this way. None!
