Have to drive 35 minutes to closest location that accepts batteries. You can't tell me they don't have some level of internal drivers that can go between locations. This is a really good reason never to use FedEx

I walked in and told them I was there to pick up a package and the lady immediately said “ID” with an attitude. In my head I’m thinking — wow, no “hi,” no professionalism, no manners at all. If you’re going to work with customers, at least be educated enough to say something like, “Hi, may I see your ID so I can look you up in the system?” That attitude says a lot. Now I understand why some people end up working at FedEx — zero professionalism and zero customer service.

Unfortunately, the seller always settles with me so they don't have to file a claim with FedEx. I will never use FedEx personally ever again. And sellers on Amazon, could you please stop using FedEx as well? It makes shopping with you miserable.

Returning a part to Toyota in the factory Bubble wrapped Toyota package it was shipped by Fedex in and they refused to ship it back that way. Then tried selling me a box for $26 for a $20 part and then took my shipping label and put it on another customers package because of how flustered he was. Took him 20 minutes to find it while in a panic smh. Even his basic little job shipping packages is too hard for him lol.
