My item was found within 24 hours. The office manager also called me to get information and to let me know when it was found. I really appreciate their lighting speed customer service and immediate attempt to remedy the situation. Accidents will happen, but how we respond to them matters.
- RCRachel C.Mar 12, 20262.0I LOVE having the ability to send off packages on my own time due to the kiosks, so that leads to be having many a-nights stopping by here, usually in the dead of night, to drop off whatever package I might have (I sell clothing online as a side hustle so I stop by here at least 3 times a week usually). But the last 3 times I’ve come here (so in the last week and a half/two weeks) the place where you put your package and then you push a handle up to send your package on its way, has been getting more and more broken, until I came tonight when I realized it didn’t work whatsoever! So now i went out of my way to come here for absolutely no reason, and now ill have to drive another 15 min to reach a post office with a working kiosk, which btw really sucks/ is totally annoying.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the other employees. When I first walked in, the employee who spoke with me was on his phone the entire time. He had a hard time making eye contact because he seemed more focused on his phone than helping customers. It honestly felt like I was annoying him just by being there. If someone doesn’t enjoy interacting with people, they probably shouldn’t take a job that requires customer service. Management should really review this and address the issue.
