I brought in my package and put it on the counter, then she’s trying to command me to move it on the scale behind the counter. It’s not a heavy package, totally normal size like a VCR and that’s your job not mine. Also there’s a survey that pops up on the electronic screen after you finish your transaction. The survey is for me and it asks if you’re satisfied, neither satisfied or dissatisfied, or dissatisfied with your transaction. She reached across the counter and pressed the rating giving herself high marks when I didn’t ask her to and that’s not for her to press.
