- RSRobert SnoverJan 19, 20221.0They don't answer phones, they lie about not being able to deliver packages, they have zero accountability for their mistakes, and their carriers will straight up lie to you. I had a package get marked as undeliverable because they couldn't access the door or driveway at 8pm. Even though they had already delivered to my house twice that day because I actually had THREE packages out for delivery, but only two came in, albeit several hours apart. I stopped the carrier and asked him where the third package was, gave him the tracking number, and he told me he would go find it and bring it to me that night. No. They marked it and returned it as undeliverable. I was literally sitting in my recliner watching TV with the porch light on and front door open, waiting. Does this look like no access?
