I 100% understand that they want us to use our p.o. box, however the post office messed up mine when I set it up, since the street address was assigned to a different p.o. box. Not a big deal, I went in and talked to them as well as the previous owner also went in and explained that they had moved. The mix up wasn’t a huge issue, but when I went to pick up my package, Toni started to rudely tell me I needed to use my p.o. box. I tried to politely explain that I am aware and that there was a mixup ON THEIR END and everything should be addressed correctly going forward. She cut me off and got rude with me about needing to address it correctly. I just said okay and left because clearly she didn’t care what I had to say.

So I went and explained and the clerk. She helped me. With a fee and about 10 working days. I found out the receiver had received but missed placed it. So now I know that United States Postal MO are the best.
