- PWPhary WoodsSep 30, 20251.0I would think it’s convenient have a post office near my house. But 9 out of 10 times, there is no body in office. Rang the bell and waited for a very long time for someone to finally show up.

My first order on Etsy i shipped through usps and they broke it, said it was my fault because it was a glass jar. No one asked any questions , took it and broke it. Now they will not give me a refund because they say its hazardous and will never pay the shipping and "handling". Why do they not ask if it has glass or anything on the list. They even told me we can't ship glass at all, but when I ordered glass products and shipped them through them its a different story. Do not ship with them ever they hate small businesses and they do not care about anything but themselves. Plus when I try to appeal the decision the stupid website wont let me even on the page, what a joke
