My passport expired in 2016, so I was told the process would be like getting a new one. I was not to bring my checkbook, and my Birth Certificate. Luckily, a friend told me to bring my checkbook. I asked if a copy or the actual Birth Certificate was needed, she stated a copy. I had to go home, locate it, and when I called again to see which form, i was told the actual Birth Certificate. Also, when I arrived for my 10AM appointment, they helped some other guy who had an appointment booked after me. Frustrating.
